Membership Information
If you would like more information mailed to you concerning joining  LDA of Florida, please fill
out the form below and submit it. Membership is $30.00 for the year and it includes
membership to National LDA.  Check with your tax advisor, your membership may be tax
deductible.

Joining LDA of Florida will help benefit all children and adults with learning disabilities as an
active base of participants grows.
